Three stories about the relationships between adult children, their somewhat distant parent (or parents) and amongst themselves: a reclusive father in the USA who is visited by his adult children; sisters visiting their mother, a novelist, in Dublin; and adult twins who are summoned back to their Paris flat to face a family tragedy.
