Central Park

CENTRAL PARK is a film about the famous New York City landmark and the many ways people use it: running, boating, walking, skating, music, theatre, sports, picnics, parades, and concerts. The film also illustrates the complex problems the New York City Parks Department faces in maintaining and preserving the park while keeping it open and accessible to the public.

This film is part of FREDERICK WISEMAN: LOOKING FOR CONNECTION, in which ten films by the American master of documentary form the backbone of a programme about communities and third spaces.
